Your Emergency Visit: What To Bring?

When you’re in the middle of a dental emergency and you’re prepping to head to our practice, the last thing you might be thinking about is what you should bring with you. You know that you need to bring yourself, so we may fix your smile. However, it’s very easy to simply fly out the door without a single item that you need, which can leave you a little upset. To prevent this from happening, we have a quick solution: Consider our suggestions for what to remember to tote along, so your entire visit is a more comfortable, more relaxing one!

Bring Your Wallet

When you’re in a panic because of your dental emergency, as mentioned, it’s easy to forget about the basics. Remember that you will want to have your ID on hand (if not only so you may drive to us with your license with you), the form of payment you wish to use, and your dental insurance card. It will be much easier than having to call a friend or loved one to go find your wallet and bring it to your visit.

Your Cell Phone

Yes, we know, you never go anywhere without it. Again, this is one of those things that is surprisingly easy to leave behind when a dental emergency shows up. It will ensure you can call us, call work, call family members, rearrange your schedule, etc.

Bring Something Cozy

We offer blankets and pillows (and more) to help you remain completely at ease and comfortable while you’re at our practice for any reason, whether a dental emergency or otherwise. However, since you may be feeling a bit on edge, feel free to grab whatever it is that makes you feel calm and cozy. A favorite sweatshirt? A lucky charm? Grab it if you feel so inclined.
